Based on the experiences we have made in the german society as WOC we seek to create a save space where woman of different professions and ethnicities come together to create a strong bond within a space that is not about competition but collaboration.

A space where we foster each woman’s individual strengths and see it as a valuable asset to the community.

We want to create a strong foundation before building bridges. We have invested the last years in ourselves and gained various experiences in the fields of business, IT, art and music, culture and languages, sales, coaching, health and wellness and have various levels of entrepreneurial experiences and now aim to combine these experiences and skills and to create a platform/network for the next generation of migrant women.

The next generation of women who want to learn valuable skills in a safe environment where experiences of exclusion, violence and/or encroachment have no space.

JNSQ (Je ne sais quoi ) is a place for women to explore their own essence and femininity as the creators of life and at the same time gain knowledge, wisdom, skills and connect with other women in the network to cooperate with each other.

JNSQ wants to provide enough space for women to be themselves, to drop the masks that society teaches them to establish and make them understand how pleasing and safe learning and education can be and how successful we can be when we support and collaborate with each other.

The ultimate goal is to create a network rich in experts of various fields of life & business and to support each other mentally, educationally as well as business wise when it comes to collaborating.

Each of the founders has her own network established and is willing to share it just as much as her knowledge and experiences.

The whole network aims to empower women from a migrant background in the fields of mental and physical health, personal development such as building a strong identity, self-worth, confidence, financial education and entrepreneurial skills.

JNSQ aims to impart knowledge holistically and with focus on the feminine nature and strengths.

Therefore it is of the highest importance for us to connect to the participating women on a deeper level through different kinds of events we plan to host.

There will be educational and spiritual workshops to get to know each other and to dive into the deep work of personal development.

There will also be panel talks by inspiring international women leaders and educators to expand individual visions and to encourage participants to pursue their individual dreams.

Our day events will be open for women only to ensure a safe space and to recondition participants into understanding that learning and evolving can happen in a safe space. Intense day events will be ended by night events open to all genders.

We aim to create a creative space of connection and exchange outside of gaining new knowledge and expertise/education and to support networking in a more deliberated atmosphere than in a workshop.

The night events will take place in curated locations and with invited international artists to ensure safety and a collaborative creative space once again.

Je ne sais quoi stands for wholeness and different kinds of safe spaces for individuals to create a new and expanded version of themselves. It is a space for every woman to express and explore herself in different fields and in a safe surrounding.

By claiming the space for oneself we show others that there is space for everyone and that everyone deserves free expression

and being heard at the same time.

Every event we host, whether workshops to gain knowledge or to express oneself creatively is a deeply healing space to empower women to step into their inherited powers and to develop trust towards the self.
